MISSION STATEMENT

Family legal issues are manifestly different from civil and commercial disputes. They are more personal, more stressful, and more profound in their effects on our lives: they quite literally hit us where we live. In my thirty years of experience, I have seen the damage that can be done to family members and their relationships when they choose to take their family disagreements to court.  These effects are felt most profoundly by children, particularly when their parents involve them in the details of their adult battles.

I am committed to helping my clients preserve what is still good in their family dynamics, by providing them with informed and honest analyses of their legal issues, and helping them choose working alternatives to the courtroom whenever possible.
